Will we afford $1200 dollar rent?
along with a $500 car payment and other bills if my fiance works full time at $11.02 and i work full time and some weekends at $17?the $500 includes insurance, $1200 is best we can find in San Jose that is not in one of the worst neighborhoods, right now i am working two jobs one at $13 an hour full time and the other at $11.48 part time, we are only 20, i had on offer for $17 an hour we only have 4 credit cards combined. plus a cell phone bill
Is $100.00 late fee to much to charge on $500.00 dollar rent?
my landlord charges a $100.00 late fee after the fifth day you are late on your rent .my rent is only $500.00 a month and i think that is ridiculous.I surfed the net i've found that she should only charge 5%.What should i do I signed the lease in agreement but didnt realize how outragous that amount is.........PLEASE HELP
How should $1000 dollar rent be split for a 3 bedroom house, with one master bedroom w/ own bathroom?
My boyfriend and I rent the master bedroom that has it's own bathroom. My roommate rents the other two rooms for her and her son. She is the original renter of the house but agreed to let me have the master bedroom, if I paid more rent, which I have no problem with. She wants us to paid $500 dollars half the rent for the master bedroom, which doesn't seem fair since she is getting two room for the same price. Is her price fair?
How do i convince a realtor that i can afford a 825 dollar rent payment every month with 1200 a month income?
I filled out an application and i even put my fiance's income which is 1000 more a month and she is making it seem as though that isn't enough to be able to rent the home. is there anything i can do?my fiance will be signing the lease as well and my sister has agreed to co sign bringing the monthley house hold income to about 3300. would that suffice? we have no car payments, our vehicles are paid off, rent light and groceries would be our only priorities.i estimated at worste case scenario that monthly our rent utilities groceries and gas would come out to 1325 a month leaving us with 1975 a month left not counting my monthly inhertance which would leave us at 2325 a month Why wouldn't this suffice?

I'm an international student in the U.S.A and pay 700 dollars for rent. I heard that I can buy my own apartment house while by paying the same amount of money monthly until I the total amount is paid. Is this true ? if yes, could it be without paying an interest ?I feel I can take advantage of this amount of money paid monthly but I don't know how.do you have any suggestions for me ? please, tell me I would appreciate your help ?

Were going on a 3 day trip to Houston and were renting a car from the airport.My brother made a reservation for dollar rent a car which i thought was a good idea until me and my cousin found out its owned by Chysler.We checked there website and there were nothing buy Chrysler Dodge and Jeep.So were pist,is it nothing but Chrysler cars?if it were canceling cause thats a far cry from the Camry we wanted.
